    Grenobloise is a classic French sauce, composed of capers, brown butter or “beurre noisette” and lemon. This recipe is for a classic dish – La Truite Grenobloise, or trout with sauce Grenobloise. Ingredients: Kosher Salt White Pepper 10 ounce filets off whole rainbow or brook trout; skin on, scaled. 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter ½ lemon, segmented, diced 1/8” (brunoise) 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice ½ tbsp capers 1 ¼ tbsp minced parsley Directions: I prefer to cook fish filets, generally, with the skin on. Being a chicken lover myself, I have collected 3 hot n’ spicy recipes for you to try out in your chicken today or anytime you would like to treat yourself for a deeelicious meal; they make good family specials as well! Although they have similar names, they are very different. Perhaps their origins differ. #1. Hot Chicken Wings Ingredients: 1 lg. can Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. oregano 4 tbsp. parsley 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 stick margarine 4-5 lbs. chicken wings Directions: Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
